HOW TO ORDER
The best way
to place an order is through this website, if you have a custom order for
products that are not listed on our website please contact us by phone. Orders will be processed in the order that
they are received however there will be times that orders do not go out in the
order that they were received due to parts and supplies issues.
PAYMENT TYPES
We accept
most major credit cards and PayPal for payment. For website orders we charge your credit card and or PayPal when your
order is placed, for large or custom orders we charge your credit card and or
PayPal for the deposit amount and final payment before shipping.
SHIPPING
We ship our
products state wide including Hawaii and Canada All orders to USA destinations
are shipped via UPS ground or USPS Orders usually ship in 1-6 weeks providing
what you have ordered is in stock and is not a build to order product. Prop Factory does not carry inventory
of any product listed on our website however during our busy season we try to stock
up on a few items from June to October. In stock items that we do carry move quickly and we may not have what
you ordered in stock. Please contact us
if you have a need for a specific delivery date. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses, your
order will be rejected if submitted with this type of address. Orders are shipped from Hartford, Kentucky
USA. On rare occasions, some orders are
drop shipped from our supplier.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The
following are terms and conditions of a legal agreement between you the
customer and Prop Factory
By
accessing, browsing and/or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood and agree to the bound terms and comply with all applicable laws and
regulations including any re-export control laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms and
conditions then please do not use this website.
1. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover
Card, American Express, PayPal, Money Orders and Company or Certified Checks
2. All orders must be paid in full at
time of shipment
3. All shipping costs will be added to
your total order if shipping via UPS or USPS, truck freight will be collect to
buyer.
4. All crating fees will be added to
your total order when shipping via truck freight
5. Any sales tax will be applied, where
applicable (Kentucky residents)
6. All products are guaranteed against
defects for 30 days from date of invoice or shipment date
7. Accessories are sold separately,
Photos may vary from actual products
8. We are not responsible for typographical
errors on descriptions, pricing or images
9. Specifications and prices are subject
to change without notice
10. We
do not accept COD orders
11. All
orders subject to acceptance approval, we reserve the right to refuse an order
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
There will
be no cancellations on any order type allowed in excess of 7 days after placing
an order. Orders that are in the process
of being shipped cannot be cancelled, however you may contact us for a return
once you receive your order. In the
unlikely event that you need to return something please contact before doing
so, any returns sent to us without prior authorization will be returned to you
at your cost (shipping charges)
All custom
orders that require 50 percent deposit are non-refundable once the order is
placed. An estimated delivery date will
be calculated after the receipt (funds clear) of deposit. At time of shipment if final payment is not
made the purchaser agrees to forfeit all moneys paid on the order.
Prop Factory will not be responsible for items/products once they leave our
facilities. The buyer must contact the
shipping company to file a claim, we will be happy to help if this becomes an
issue.
WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
Prop Factory warrants that new props and or animatronics are free from defects
in material and workmanship under the normal use and service in accordance with
this limited warranty. Our obligation
under this warranty shall be limited to the provision of parts and labor as
necessary for the replacement of any parts which shall be demonstrated to be
defective within thirty days after shipment to the original buyer. This limited warranty excludes, and does not
cover any consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to
the loss of earnings or the cost of downtime.
Prop Factory specifically disclaims any and all responsibility for consequences
resulting from misuse and or neglect, including, but not limited to exposure to
persons in the operation area of any prop or animatronic. The sale of this prop and or animatronic is
made of the express understanding that the purchaser, as the owner/operator
assumes full responsibility for all matters that may arise from the use of such
products.
